THIS IS A RESERVE AUCTION. All the lots in our auctions have confidential reserve. The bidder who has submitted the highest bid wins the lot, provided the bid exceeds the reserve price.

All purchases must be paid for in full, during the following 3 business days of the end of auction. The buyers premium added to hammer price.


Artelisted may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet but makes no representations and bidder shall be the sole judge of value. We only sell the items, we don't sell any copyrights.

Contents of many items in this listing are copyright protected and all rights reserved. No part of this listing may be reproduced , distributed or transmitted in any form or by any means, including photocopying, recording, or other electronic or mechanical methods, without the prior written permission of the artist. These items are for COLLECTION purposes only.

Artelisted will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. What you are buying is the merchandise included in the correspondent pictures of each lot. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.

Auctioneer sets minimum bids at time of sale. If no bids reach that amount the item will be passed. It may or may not be offered in our next auction. This is a reserve auction. The auctioneer reserves the right to bid, whether it is on behalf of any minimums, reserves or for their own personal purchase. Auctioneer may bid on behalf of the Seller up to the amount of the Reserve Price by placing successive or consecutive bids for a lot or by placing bids in response to other bidders. Starting bid amount on may be too low. Some bids will not be honored if Auctioneer does not meet the reserve price of any lot during the Auction.

The lots that are framed are the indicated in the specific item description. Otherwise assume that all the photos and art is unframed.

Reserve Auction

Bidder credit cards may be charged 2 days after an invoice has been sent.

Payment & Returned Shipments

If you do not call us, or pay using the link on your invoice, your credit card on file will be charged 4 days after the auction.

-5 Day Payment Window: All items must be paid in full within five (5) days of the sale date.

-Default and Resale: Any lots remaining unpaid after the 5-day period will be considered in default. At the auction house's sole discretion, these items may be re-sold without further notice to the original bidder.

-Holding Period: Items returned to our facility after shipping (for any reason, including undeliverable addresses or refused delivery) will be held for a maximum of thirty (30) days.

-Re-Shipping Fees: To have a returned item sent again, the buyer must pay all new shipping and handling fees.

-Forfeiture: If re-shipping fees are not paid within the 30-day holding period, the items will be considered forfeited. In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and the items may be re-sold at the auction house's discretion.

Shipping.

We mainly ship via USPS Ground Advantage, UPS and Fedex International.

-Mandatory Shipping: Effective immediately, all items purchased through our auction house must be shipped. We no longer offer or accept local pick-ups for any sold lots.

-Buyer Responsibility: Many times we offer H&S services but shipping address information and costs acceptance are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Items will only be shipped once full payment for both the item and applicable fees has been cleared.

-Large items might be coordinated with a private shipper. You can research shipper companies. Our Zip Code 79912. Artelisted will keep the option to don't deliver large staff. We can help coordinating the staff to a another shipper. Buyer will pay handling, shipping, and insurance (if desired) costs. Shipping costs depends on final destination.

Sometimes the items are in the owner possession. In this case the shipping will be from a third party delivery.

In this case as a trusted third-party Artelisted collects, holds in an escrow account)and disperses payments once buyers and sellers are satisfied.

STEP 1
Final costs are calculated (including shipping), and the buyer submits payment through Paypal, Credit Card, or Wire Transfer.

STEP 2
After the payment is verified, the seller sends the painting within ten days. Artelisted ensures that paintings are sent with a tracking number. Insurance is purchased at the cost and discretion of the seller.

STEP 3
Enjoy your artwork.

If you are discontent you have five days, from the confirmed shipping delivery date, to send an email to [email protected]. If you choose to return the lot, you the buyer, will be responsible for shipping, shipping insurance costs and all the buyers premiums.

Sale Tax

Local Sale Tax will charged only in case the sale tax has not been charged automatically by the credit card payment processor.
