All the lots in our auctions have confidential reserve. The bidder who has submitted the highest bid wins the lot, provided the bid exceeds the reserve price.

All purchases must be paid for in full, during the following 3 business days of the end of auction. The buyers premium added to hammer price.


Artelisted may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet but makes no representations and bidder shall be the sole judge of value. We only sell the items, we don't sell any copyrights.

No part of this listing may be reproduced , distributed or transmitted in any form or by any means, including photocopying, recording, or other electronic or mechanical methods, without the prior written permission of the artist. These items are for COLLECTION purposes only.

Artelisted will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. What you are buying is the merchandise included in the correspondent pictures of each lot. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.

Auctioneer sets minimum bids at time of sale. If no bids reach that amount the item will be passed. It may or may not be offered in our next auction. This is a reserve auction. The auctioneer reserves the right to bid, whether it is on behalf of any minimums, reserves or for their own personal purchase. Auctioneer may bid on behalf of the Seller up to the amount of the Reserve Price by placing successive or consecutive bids for a lot or by placing bids in response to other bidders. starting bid amount on may be too low. Some bids will not be honored if Auctioneer does not meet the reserve price of any lot during the Auction.

The lots that are framed are the indicated in the specific item description. Otherwise assume that all the photos and art is unframed.

Payment

If you do not call us, or pay using the link on your invoice, your credit card on file will be charged 4 days after the auction.

Shipping third party delivery

We mainly ship via USPS Priority or First Class. Sometimes Artelisted will keep the option to bring the staff to a UPS Store. Buyer will pay handling, shipping, and insurance (if desired) costs. Shipping costs depends on final destination.

Sometimes the items are in the owner possession. In this case the shipping will be from a third party delivery.

In this case as a trusted third-party Artelisted collects, holds in an escrow account)and disperses payments once buyers and sellers are satisfied.

STEP 1
Final costs are calculated (including shipping), and the buyer submits payment through Paypal, Credit Card, or Wire Transfer.

STEP 2
After the payment is verified, the seller sends the painting within ten days. Artelisted ensures that paintings are sent with a tracking number. Insurance is purchased at the cost and discretion of the seller.

STEP 3
Enjoy your artwork.

If you are discontent you have five days, from the confirmed shipping delivery date, to send an email to [email protected]. If you choose to return the painting, you the buyer, will be responsible for shipping and shipping insurance costs.
