ARE, God creator of the culture of the Muzos (department of Boyacá) created FURA, a woman endowed with infinite beauty and eternal youth. Together with her husband, TENA, they were in charge to guide his tribe. They were endowed with gifts of wisdom, beauty and eternal youth all with the only condition of respecting your partner, fidelity and honesty had to be paramount in order to avoid heavy punishment. However, everything took an unexpected turn when FURA gave in to the charms of ZARVI, a Stranger from other lands. He quickly lost all his gifts and aged instantly.
Because of her mistake, she lost her husband who took his own life when he realized the betrayal. Furious, she cried for countless days and nights. The story goes that there were so many tears, which impregnated the ground until they turned into beautiful emeralds. ARE, furious, tooks FURA and TENA and transformed them into huge mountains, and SARVI was transformed into a river that flows between the two mountains.
This story is of great importance for the miners of the Boyacá area, because of this, it was the creation of this ring. The emeralds set show incredible quality, giving reference to the countless tears of fury, and its main stone gives allusion to its infinite beauty.
