Artelisted will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.

Auctioneer sets minimum bids at time of sale. If no bids reach that amount the item will be passed. It may or may not be offered in our next auction. This is a reserve auction. The starting bid amount on LiveAuctioneers may be too low. Some bids will not be honored if Auctioneer does not meet the reserve price of any lot during the Auction.

The lots that are framed are the indicated in the specific item description. Otherwise assume that all the photos and art is unframed.

All the lots will be shipped by Artelisted via USPS-Priority from Boca Raton, Fl. Buyer will pay handling, shipping, and insurance (if desired)costs. Shipping costs depends on final destination.

6% applies for Florida residents.
