Arango was born in Bucaramanga on August 9, 1948, son of father and mother Antioquia Santander, bred in the Eloy, Valenzuela as it is called today to the Botanical gardens, created by his father Luis Arango. Jorge Ivan Arango began his artistic life at the age of 27. He studied at different universities in Peru, Mexico, United States and Italy, such subjects as anatomy as an amphitheater, human figure, engraving, sculpture in stone and bronze, Japanese ceramics and other disciplines. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Graphic Design (1976) at the Jorge Tadeo Lozano University. During trips to Mexico and Peru he conducted research relating to pre-hispanic cultures and took courses. He died on March 19, 2009 at 61 years of age in the city of Medellin of cardiac arrest. He inherited the memory of silletero Antioquia that with brush, geometry and color became the main theme of their unique and original works, genre, technique and style are his own. This man was considered a new proposal from the world of art worthy of admiration from all Colombians. -Large items might be coordinated with a private shipper. You can research shipper companies. Our Zip Code 33428. Artelisted will keep the option to don't deliver large staff. We can help coordinating the staff to a another shipper. Buyer will pay handling, shipping, and insurance (if desired) costs. Shipping costs depends on final destination.

Sometimes the items are in the owner possession. In this case the shipping will be from a third party delivery.
