ABOUT PROVENANCE AND ATTRIBUTION: This item originates from the estate of a prominent Miami-based dealer and collector active throughout the 20th century. It comprises a wide variety of artworks and ephemera, each consistent in age with its stated period of creation and many bearing the artists’ signatures. Collectively, the group reflects decades of discerning acquisitions and trading activity, spanning diverse styles, schools, and mediums of the last century.
While the works have not undergone formal curatorial review or scholarly attribution, each presents as an authentic object of its era. They offer collectors, researchers, and institutions the opportunity to explore, study, and further contextualize the material. The collection serves as a genuine time capsule of 20th-century artistic production, preserving the eye and personal taste of its former custodian.
We have examined the items of this collection under black light, and when the signature appears consistent with an original hand inscription. In our opinion, the age of the pieces corresponds to the date indicated alongside the signatures.
That said, the absence of documented provenance—due to the passing of the collector without supporting records, and with no further details available from the family—combined with the relatively modest scale of the work, makes it difficult to secure a definitive expert attribution directly to the artist.
For these reasons, we are offering this artwork “after the artist”. This leaves open the possibility for future scholarly research or professional evaluation to further establish its art-historical or market significance.

This lot is located in Boca Raton, Fl and its shipment will be made directly by Artelisted. Shipping insurance is the responsibility of the buyer. Ask us if you want to add insurance cost. Note that if there is loss or damage due to bad handling by the transporter, this loss will be assumed only by the buyer. We mainly ship via USPS Priority or First Class.
-Only small lot(s) could be H&S directly from Artelisted via USPS into the USA. Note that the insurance is not included (contact us if you desire insurance).
-Large items might be coordinated with a private shipper. You can research shipper companies. Our Zip Code 33428. Artelisted will keep the option to don't deliver large staff. We can help coordinating the staff to a another shipper. Buyer will pay handling, shipping, and insurance (if desired) costs. Shipping costs depends on final destination.
Sometimes the items are in the owner possession. In this case the shipping will be from a third party delivery.
In this case as a trusted third-party Artelisted collects, holds in an escrow account)and disperses payments once buyers and sellers are satisfied.
STEP 1
Final costs are calculated (including shipping), and the buyer submits payment through Paypal, Credit Card, or Wire Transfer.
STEP 2
After the payment is verified, the seller sends the painting within ten days. Artelisted ensures that paintings are sent with a tracking number. Insurance is purchased at the cost and discretion of the seller.

If you are discontent you have five days, from the confirmed shipping delivery date, to send an email to [email protected]. If you choose to return the lot, you the buyer, will be responsible for shipping, shipping insurance costs and all the buyers premiums.
